My guest is saying that they are unable to connect their cell phones (iPhones) and MacBooks to my WiFi. However, both the TVs and the digital lock are connecting without an issue. My most recent guest also never mentioned anything and when I was there 1.5weeks ago, there weren’t any issues either. I’ve had this airbnb for 3.5yr and this is the first time I’ve encountered this. I’ve remotely reset the Internet, had xfinity reset from their end and also have had the guest reset the modem/router. I clearly have internet and it’s their devices that are not connecting for some reason. Anyone else experience this before? The guests seem to be pretty familiar with tech but it does seem like they own older devices. I’m also not sure exactly how much responsibility I have to ensuring that their devices can connect but feel like I’m going to get a poor review regardless.
