Not getting Iphone notifications

I've only been getting iphone notifications for booking inquiries and requests, not actual guest message. I get the email updates for messages though which pop up as a notitfication more or less.

Not sure why, but I suddenly no longer receive notifications for Airbnb. I have an iPhone with the current iOS 26. I’ve tried resetting my phone settings, deleting and reinstalling, and checking my notification settings. Has anyone had this issue that has a possible solution? It’s frustrating, especially since it’s the holidays and without a notification, I don’t think to check the app until it’s too late. I emailed support and they were not helpful – just giving me generic info. Are you all actually receiving the “push” notifications when guests message you or request bookings?
