We have a property in Orlando which is located closer to Disney. I’m having to significantly lower our nightly rates to barely achieve 30% occupancy for the ones near Disney. Am I the only one getting screwed by the algorithm or are you all seeing it as well? I know Disney’s traffic is down YoY but could other factors also be playing a role? I’m seeing a lot more “Payment Issue” reservations where the customer is struggling to pay. What are others in the Orlando area seeing??

nightly rates have been going down for some time now. We can thank all the greedy people who snatched up multiple homes during COVID and oversaturated the market.
