You can ask for recommendations on your local Airbnb host Facebook group if there is one. Try them out a couple times while you're still in the area to judge the results for yourself. Make sure you require before and after photos so you know what's going on. Find at least two cleaners, so that you have a backup if your main cleaner has a conflict sometimes. I'm not the biggest fan of Turno, but they've been the fastest way to find someone last minute if my cleaners have conflicts.
