For you NYC hosts out there, how's the hosting situation been since the new ordinances went into effect? Seems most if not all of the listings now are room shares with another person. (I do see some "whole apartment" listings .. like the Sonder). I also see some listings have an OSE number while others say "exempt". Are there just some hosts who are flouting the ordinance?
