My Airbnb is located in Payscon Arizona. New legislation requires me to be licensed & provide background checks on all guests. These background checks prohibit sex offenders which is obviously great thing as I don’t want those people in my home anyway. My question is how do I get all the data to run the check from the guests and do you think it’s acceptable to require a photo proof of valid drivers license on the Airbnb platform before I accept the booking? This will give me sufficient info to run the background check. I’ve been a superhost for two years. Any thoughts on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
