For those if you in the tri-state Jersey area, did you all see a huge bump in inquiries/prices after NYC banned STRs? Makes sense that Hoboken/Weehawken bookings are going up since it's right across the water..

Not a host in that area but we are visiting NY in June and actually opted for an airbnb across the river in NJ. We've never stayed in NJ but with the hotel prices in NYC out of control these days..
