Payscon AZ sex offender checks

My Airbnb is located in Payscon Arizona. New legislation requires me to be licensed & provide background checks on all guests. These background checks prohibit sex offenders which is obviously great thing as I don’t want those people in my home anyway. My question is how do I get all the data to run the check from the guests and do you think it’s acceptable to require a photo proof of valid drivers license on the Airbnb platform before I accept the booking? This will give me sufficient info to run the background check. I’ve been a superhost for two years. Any thoughts on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

https://www.nsopw.gov is free, it takes a few seconds to do and you can save the record as a pdf. You only need a guests first and last name and the city they live in.

thanks, this looks simple enough. If "nothing comes back" how am I supposed to save anything for proof? It will just be a bunch of "other names".
