Looks like we have the highest unemployment of all the states right now... and I just had TWO guests cancel on my in May. In the past 2 year's I have been hosting I have only had 1 cancellation...

Be prepared for things to slow down- BUT that is ok, it's the season. If you are priced right you should be fine- lowering prices too much brings you that type of guest that comes with it and well, they could do more damage and wear and tear and unnecessary scrutiny with the county in our current environment- we would rather be empty than have that guest. We also do not allow insta book for the same reason. LOCATION is everything, if you have a good one you should be fine even as things slow down. Good luck

Even with a "sold out" F1 in November, the numbers were still bad! Looks like we are now known as the "Rip-Off" spot ... surely this is a wake up call for the CEO's
