Guest left me a five star review, I left them a review that says the following: Guest was clean overall, but guest may be better suited for a hotel environment. Guest encountered issue during stay and was not receptive of solutions offered despite expressing frustration.
After the review was publish the guest messaged me saying they are going to change their review to one star because I left them a bad one. I don’t even think it was that bad it was just true.
The issue was the remote batteries were dead. I offered a couple solutions including changing the batteries which I have extra of in the kitchen, sending my cleaner out to do it for her, or installing the Roku app on her phone to use the tv. She was argumentative with all of the solutions and then expressed she didn’t want to use the tv and would be reading instead. I figure she probably has no luck of changing her review but has anyone heard of anyone doing this?
