That's a pretty good rate. How many sqft and is it a newer build? I'm assuming that rate doesn'tsnt include wind coverage? I know many insurance companies are either pulling out of Florida or are super picky in which properties they will insure.

I know two people who ended up selling their homes which they had on airbnb in South Florida. Between the ever increasing insurance, regulations and condo fee increases it just wasn't worth it anymore. Might as well get out before the market tanks even more.
